George Beebe

Since 2010, George Beebe - GRI, our owner, has a history in the Jacksonville and St. Johns area. professionally managing over 80 privately owned residential properties for their owners. George has also worked with sellers and buyers in many successful closings throughout
the area.

As a property manager, he has a keen eye to achieving positive outcomes for his clients. At the closing table, he brings his masterful negotiating skills and strategies to deliver successful and seamless closings. George has been managing commercial and residential real estate properties along the East Coast and the West Coast for more than 30 years.

Prior to relocating to the Jacksonville to be closer to his daughter and her family, he owned and managed a residential real estate and mortgage company just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He started his real estate career in 1986 in Ventura County, California, managing and converting apartments into condominiums.

Ken Vick

Ken Vick, on the other hand, has been in the real estate business since 1984. He started his very successful career in Washington D.C. and eventually owned his own full-service real estate brokerage with an office in McLean, Virginia. He later sold his business in Virginia and moved to Atlantic Beach to be in the warm weather.

Until recently, he worked for a large property management company, managing over 120 residential homes for their owners. In 2019, Ken joined Beaches Realty & Management LLC when the previous company was sold.

Ed Bender

Ed Bender brings nearly 19 years of real estate Sales, Rentals and Property Management in the Jacksonville area to Beaches Realty & Management LLC.   His most recent affiliation was 14 years with RE/MAX Coastal Real Estate in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Ed is a Navy Veteran with nearly 25 years of service attaining the retirement grade of Captain. He also had a career in Sales and Sales Management in the commercial and military communications industry before moving from Annapolis, MD to the Beaches in 2002.

Ed's experience compliments the already talented Beaches Realty staff.
